Prior to joining Princeton Property Management, Dominic Palladino held positions in commercial real estate at the Philadelphia office of CBRE as well as the private equity firm Sky Management. At each stop his main focus was real estate management at both the property and asset levels. At CBRE he was responsible for managing property for both private and institutional clients in a portfolio of 8 buildings and nearly 2,000,000 square feet. The portfolio consisted of office, industrial and flex buildings throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.
As an Asset Manager at Sky Management he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 13 company owned buildings. The company’s portfolio consisted of office and industrial space in both major downtown markets as well as secondary markets in 7 states throughout the east coast. He worked on a team with the responsibility of overseeing all property management functions as well as tenant improvement and common area construction projects.
Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University where he was a 4 year member of the school’s football team. He has held a real estate salespersons license in New Jersey since 2008 and Pennsylvania since 2013.
Dominic volunteers each year in multiple events for the Greater Philadelphia Multiple Sclerosis Society as well as being very active in the alumni community of Camden Catholic High School. Dominic is married to his wife Ainsley and they live in Haddon Township, NJ.
